The Conference was addressed to a host of international organizations, law enforcement agencies, academic and cultural institutions and other private stakeholders (i.e. event organizers, infrastructure owners, sport associations, leagues and clubs) concerned with curtailing this criminal phenomenon and adhering to ISPAC suggestions in an effort to support forms of intergovernmental cooperation against organized crime and corruption.
